成長・認知・収益性を牽引するリーダー的役割を担っていただきます。

ファッション系チャネル、セレクトショップ、マルチブランドの香水専門店、

Eコマースなどを通じてブランドの存在感を築きながら、

ポップアップや革新的なプロモーションにもチャレンジできるポジションです。

  • グローバルなブランドアイデンティティを保ちつつ、日本市場向けにローカライズ
  • グローバル・リージョナルチームと密接に連携
  • 起業家的でスピード感のある環境
  • Brand Management チームは 東京拠点
  • 日本語+中国語もしくは、日本語+英語(ステークホルダーとのやりとりの関係)

  • 日本市場でのフレグランスブランド導入・拡大戦略のリード
  • プレミアムファッション/ビューティチャネルでの展開強化
  • 流通パートナー、リテーラー、ECプラットフォームとの関係構築
  • ポップアップ、ブランドイベント、PR・SNS・インフルエンサー施策の企画・実行
  • 市場分析・競合分析に基づく戦略立案
  • P&L、予算、フォーキャスト管理
  • 輸入・物流・規制対応のフォロー

■求めるご経験

  • ラグジュアリー/ビューティ/フレグランス領域でのブランドマネジメント経験
  • グローバルまたはラグジュアリーブランドの日本市場立ち上げ・運営経験
  • ファッション・ライフスタイル流通への理解
  • チャネル開発、小売・ECに関する商業的スキル
  • グローバルチームとの協業経験
