東京初進出のアンバウンド コレクション by Hyatt 「ホテル虎ノ門ヒルズ」にて以下の業務を募集をいたします。

  • フロント業務Front Desk Operations

Hotel Toranomon Hills, designed by the Danish design unit Space Copenhagen, is a hotel where you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views while spending comfortable, high-quality time in stylish spaces harmonized with Japanese beauty, tailored to your own style. The concept is a hotel open to the "city" of Toranomon Hills. In addition to 205 guest rooms and a two-level lounge, it features a restaurant and café bar supervised by a European star chef.

We are recruiting for the following positions at Hotel Toranomon Hills, the first Unbound Collection by Hyatt property in Tokyo.

  • Front Desk Operations

Qualifications
・フロントデスク経験2年以上の方

・英語での接客応対が出来る方

・顧客満足の実現に熱意をお持ちの方

・ゲストのご要望に応えるため、柔軟に思考、行動できる方

・At least 2 years of experience at the front desk

・English speaking customer service skills.

・Passionate about customer satisfaction.

・Flexibility to think and act flexibly to meet guests' needs.
