・ 館内案内、周辺情報の提供
・ 電話・メール対応
・ フロント業務関わる事務処理
・ 他部署のサポート
・ トレーニング、チームメンバーのケア
給与
・ 月給 333,000 円 ~ 383,333 円 (想定年収 4,000,000 円 ~ 4,600,000 円)
*月給には 25 時間相当の固定残業代を含みます。 (1 ヶ月あたり 51,500 円 〜 59,200 円 )
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給します。
*試用期間 3 ヶ月あり。給与は本採用時と同じ給与を支払います。

What are your main responsibilities as a Front Office Team Leader
・Main role and responsible for Check-in and Check-out.
・ Providing information about the hotel and the surrounding area
・ Handling phones and emails
・ Training and caring for team member
Salary
・Monthly salary: ¥ 333,000 – ¥ 383,333 (Annual income: ¥ 4,000,000 – ¥ 4,600,000)
The monthly salary includes a fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 25 hours
( ¥ 51,500 to ¥ 59,200 yen per month). Separate overtime pay will be provided for working hours exceeding the fixed overtime hours
・Includes a 3-month probation period. Salary remains the same during this period
