私たち株式会社CyberFightは、2020年9月に株式会社DDTプロレスリングとノア・グローバルエンタテインメント株式会社が経営統合し、新たに誕生したプロレス事業会社です。
ともに20年以上の歴史を持つ「DDTプロレスリング」「プロレスリング・ノア」、そして旗揚げ12年目を迎えた「東京女子プロレス」の3団体を運営しています。
3団体での所属レスラーは60名以上、年間興行数は300大会以上
試合の模様は、定期的に「ABEMA」や自社配信サイト「WRESTLE UNIVERSE(レッスルユニバース)」などで放送中
THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBEの武知海青選手、元SKE48の荒井優希選手などの芸能人もプロレスに本格参戦し、業界外からも注目を集めています
東京ドーム、さいたまスーパーアリーナ、両国国技館などの大会場でも興行を開催し、近年は海外でも不定期で興行を行なっています。
アーティストや他業種とのコラボレーションを積極的に行い、業界内外での話題づくりやプロレスファン以外の新しいファン層の拡大にも成功してきました。
そしてこれからも、更なるファン層の拡大や異業種コラボの促進、そして海外マーケットの開拓に積極的に挑戦し、「プロレス」というジャンルの発展に貢献していきます。
DDTプロレスリング(Dramatic Dream Team)は、1997年に髙木三四郎により設立したプロレス団体です。
映像を多用するなど、それまで日本のプロレスにはなかったエンターテインメント性を取り入れ、業界内で注目を浴びてきました。
おもちゃ箱をひっくり返したような多種多様な個性がぶつかり合うリング上での闘いに加え、リングを設置せず街中やお店、キャンプ場などでプロレスを行う「路上プロレス」など、一般的なプロレスとは一線を画すスタイルを特徴としており、プロレスの枠を超えた異業種とのコラボレーションも積極的に行なっています。
個性あふれる選手たちが織りなす試合模様は必見です。
「こんなことやったら面白いよね」を形にしていくのが私たちの最大の強みであると、胸を張って言うことができます。
様々なエンターテインメントが溢れている世の中で、プロレスを選んでもらうためにはどうしたらいいのか? プロレスの魅力をもっと引き出して、もっと多くの人に伝えるにはどうしたらいいのか?

【業務内容】
DDTプロレスリングの興行成功を担う、大会運営・チケット販売担当ポジションの人員募集です。
大会動員の最大化をミッションとし、販売戦略の立案から実行、そして当日の大会成功を最前線で支えるフロント業務を一気通貫で担当します。
- 大会チケット販売管理および販売状況の管理、分析
- チケット販売戦略の立案、プロモーション施策実行
- 各大会の当日運営(お客さま対応を含む)、進行管理
- その他、大会開催に関わる運営進行業務全般

チケット管理から当日運営まで大会開催に向けた業務を幅広く担当するため、汎用性の高いイベント運営スキルが身につきます。
近い将来では、ひとつの大会やイベントをメインで担当し推進する経験を積むことが可能です。
また中長期的には、DDT全体の売上やブランド向上を目指して、年間全体の仕掛けを企画設計から推進、実行する責任ある役割を担い、キャリアを描くことも可能です。
【求めるスキル・経験】
<必須要件>
- 基本的なPCスキル(Microsoft Officeの基本操作)
<歓迎要件>
- 普通自動車免許(中型以上尚可)
- 日常会話レベルの英会話スキル(海外からのお客さまも増えています)
- イベントや大会運営などの現場経験
- 営業職など、社外との対話や提案が必要とされる業務での実務経験

【組織キャラクター・カルチャー】
- 社員、スタッフは全体で約60名
- DDTプロレス事業部は20名程度で、男女比は6:4程度
