Amazon Transportation Services(ATS)部門の輸送オペレーションセンターでは、数億という膨大な商品を、お買い物時にお客様とお約束したお届け日を正確に守るため、24時間/365日の体制で輸送ネットワークを管理しサポートしております。
この度、物流倉庫や配達拠点などAmazonの輸送ネットワークオペレーションにおける安全、品質、生産性を管理、改善しカスタマーエクスペリエンスを高める役割を担う、輸送運用管理(Transportation Operation Management)チーム拡大の為、新規メンバーを募集いたします。
Transportation Operation Management(TOM)は聞きなれない言葉かと思いますが、海外のAmazonの輸送オペレーションにおいても重要な役割を果たしています。
具体的には、それぞれの物流倉庫・配送拠点が定められたプロセス通りにオペレーションが実施され、安全や品質が担保されているか、また拠点に配送に必要な資材(パレット・カート等)が適正数備蓄されているかについて数値データを確認して判断します。課題があれば拠点の担当者や運行を管理するチーム、外部キャリア他と調整を行い、時には再発防止のための改善アクションを考え実行します。また、様々な事由によって生じる変化について、運用担当者の視点から現行業務プロセスの標準化や効率化へのアイデアを提案することも期待されます。
あわせてチームリーダーとして少人数(6名以下)のチームのとりまとめもお任せします。日々のタスク管理を行い、業務品質を維持するだけでなく、改善によって業務効率化を図ることでチームとしての成果の最大化に努めてください。ご自身の成長だけではなく、1on1等を通じてチームメンバーのキャリア育成も支援します。通常時は目黒オフィスにてこれら業務を担いますが、時には物流拠点を訪問し、拠点管理者や作業者と共に解決策を検討し実行の支援をしてもらうこともあります。※宿泊を伴う出張が発生する場合があります。
本ポジションでは、業界問わず業務プロセスにおける課題・問題を発見し、それらを率先して解決されてこられた経験がある方を求めております。物流拠点のオペレーションを管理するだけでなく、システムから抽出したデータを用いて分析問題を特定し、現場訪問などの事実に基づく対策推進や改善実行、海外関連チームとのコミュニケーション、国内では拠点管理者や輸送キャリアなど社内外のパートナーと協業して業務を進めるなど、チームの立ち上げから運用管理まで幅広い経験を積みキャリアアップを目指していただくことができます。
※当チームは様々な業界出身のメンバーが多く活躍しています。入社後には未経験の方でもAmazonの物流の仕組みを学んでいただけるトレーニングプログラムを用意しています。マネジメントスキルを学び部下育成や組織目標策定を担うマネージャーへのキャリアアップや、社内公募制度を使って新たなキャリアパスへ繋げる機会もあります。
Key job responsibilities
■輸送用コンテナ管理業務
・社内システムを使用した拠点のコンテナ数管理
・電話・メール・社内コミュニケーションツールによるコンテナ不足時の緊急対応・調整
・コンテナを流通させるために必要なトラックの運行計画作成と実績管理
・拠点立上げや閉鎖時における輸送用コンテナの移動計画立案と実行
・輸送用コンテナまた付随する備品の購入および修理管理(コスト管理含む)
■チームリーダー業務
・日々のオペレーションにおけるタスク管理、業務改善による効率化
・チームメンバーの動機付け、育成、シフト管理

【シフト制】
年末年始・土日祝日を含めたシフト勤務となります。
勤務時間は9:00–18:00がメインですが、繁忙期や業務状況に応じて8:00‐23:00の間で早番・遅番の体制(実働8時間)となる場合があります。

年間休日120日(月平均10日)
【働き方】
週5日目黒オフィスへ出社します。

Basic Qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+)
- Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google docs and sheets
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with any ETL tool like, Informatica, ODI, SSIS, BODI, Datastage, etc.
- Knowledge of database systems and SQL
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administration
- Experience supporting team management in the context of a fast-paced production environment, in which frequent and significant customer interaction is required
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality design solutions
