How will you make an impact in this role?


Pocket Concierge, a premier restaurant reservation platform in Japan, is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will serve as a key "bridge" between customers and restaurants, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience for both sides.


This position is part of the Concierge Team, which acts as a representative of partner restaurants on the Pocket Concierge platform.

The team works closely with many of Japan's leading restaurants to support reservations and customer inquiries with accuracy and care.

This role operates on a shift-based schedule with two days off per week. Depending on the assigned shift, work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays may be required.

What you will do

Handle customer inquiries primarily through email-based communication
Coordinate with partner restaurants to support and fulfill customer reservations as needed

Minimum Qualifications

1+ years of experience in customer support/service
Fluent in English and Japanese (written + verbal)
Strong passion about hospitality services

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hospitality industry (Hotel, Dining, Event…etc.) preferred
Experience in call-center-typed-work preferred
