小売サービス業界などの店舗型ビジネス向けのプロダクト立ち上げのフェーズで活躍したい方を募集しています。

◆本ポジションの担当領域

グロービスの社内新規事業として2019年に立ち上げられたGLOPLA事業開発室は、「人の可能性を解放し、イキイキ働く人を増やす」をミッションにHR-Tech領域で事業開発を推進しています。

大学院やVC、法人向け研修など多様な事業を展開するグロービスにおけるGLOPLAは、既存事業の強みである社会人教育の知見や大手企業との取引実績を活かしながら、グロービスの次の事業の柱になる人材育成プラットフォームとして成長することを目的とした代表直轄の新規事業です。

GLOPLAシリーズ第一弾としては、2021年にリリー(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

【必須経験・スキル】

■社会人就業経験3年以上

■3年以上のエンタープライズ領域でのセールスもしくはカスタマーサクセス経験

■顧客のニーズを把握し、適切なソリューションを提案できる交渉力と提案力

■成長意欲が強く、レジリエンスやアジリティの高い方

■個人の成長よりチームでの成果創出を重視できる方

■KPIや目標の達成を重視する文化にフィットできる姿勢

■日本語での上記業務経験

■言語要件:日本語能力がネイティブレベルの方、または、日本語能力試験(JLPT)1級相当以上

■グロービスの事業およびグロービス・ウェイの理念に共鳴できる方

【歓迎スキル・経験】

■3年以上のITサービスのセールスやカスタマーサクセスの経験

■CRMやERP等のソリューション提案や導入経験

■顧客及び社内のDXやBPR等のプロジェクト経験

■マーケティング、カスタマーサクセス、プロダクトチームとの協業経験

■人事制度の設計導入やHRBPの経験(コンサルティングファーム、企業内人事問わず)

■新規事業の立ち上げ期を経験した方
