職務内容 Roles and Responsibilities ■担当業務

国内外のリテール/ホールセール企業に対し、成長戦略から現場実装までを一気通貫で支援します。

店舗・EC・サプライチェーン・マーチャンダイジング・リテールメディア・ファイナンスを横断し、生成AI、データアナリティクス、CDP/MA、RPA、クラウドを活用。戦略構想、デザイン、PoC、本格展開、定着化まで伴走し、実行計画・KPI設計を含めた「価値実現」にコミットします。SAP、Salesforce、Adobe、Microsoft、Google Cloudなどのパートナー、PwCのグローバルネットワーク(150超の国・地域、360,000人以上のプロフェッショナル)と連携し、国内外のトップクライアントと大規模案件に取り組む機会があります。システム導入に留まらず、経営アジェンダに直結する変革を推進します。

  • 内部統制・不正検知、クライシスマネジメントの立ち上げと定着

■具体的なプロジェクト要素(例)

・全国展開リテールのオムニチャネル再設計。店舗・EC・アプリのデータ統合基盤を設計し、Adobe/Salesforceを活用したパーソナライズをPoC→本番展開

・小売企業のRetail Media構築。広告在庫設計、測定指標(ROAS/Incrementality)整備、広告運用体制立ち上げ

・RGMの価格・プロモーション最適化。POS・在庫データを用いた需要エラスティシティ分析と棚割り改善

・店舗オペレーションの自動化。スマートカート/生体認証の試験導入、発注・廃棄・作業計画のAI最適化

・物流ネットワーク刷新。返品・在庫偏在の可視化、マイクロフルフィルメント拠点配置の最適化
