職務内容 Roles and Responsibilities ■担当業務

消費財メーカーの「Strategy through Execution」を実践し、成長戦略からPMO・現場定着まで伴走します。DTC/EC/小売協業を含むチャネル戦略、ブランド/製品イノベーション、収益性向上、サステナビリティ対応を横断。生成AI、データアナリティクス、CDP/MA、RPA、クラウドを駆使し、顧客体験と収益性の両立を実現します。SAP、Salesforce、Adobe、Microsoft、Google Cloud等のパートナー、PwCのグローバルネットワークと連携し、国内外の大規模変革に参画。大規模インプリ偏重ではなく、構想策定と実行管理で収益基盤を安定化させるのが私たちのスタイルです。

■担当領域

・顧客体験の向上

  • CDP/MA導入、パーソナライズ戦略、ロイヤルティ刷新、NPS向上
  • DTC/ECの立ち上げ・拡張、レビュー・UGC活用、リテール連携施策

・リテールマーケティングエクセレンス

  • Revenue Growth Management(価格・プロモーション・品揃え最適化)
  • 共同事業計画(JBP)、Perfect Store、キャンペーンアナリティクス

・オペレーション/コスト最適化

  • 需要予測・S&OP、在庫・生産計画、購買・サプライヤマネジメント
  • デジタルツイン/品質・トレーサビリティの高度化

・サステナビリティ/開示対応

  • Scope 3算定・削減シナリオ、循環型パッケージング、責任ある調達
  • ESG開示(TCFD、ISSBなど)と監査対応の整合性確保

■具体的なプロジェクト(例)

・グローバルFMCGのRGM導入。価格/割引の設計指針策定、販促ROIの可視化、SKU合理化による収益改善

・DTCのゼロからの立ち上げ。Commerce、CDP、MAを統合し、ヘッドレス構成でスケール可能な体験を設計

・「eRetailコンテンツ」最適化。商品ページの画像/説明のABテスト、レビュー活用によるCVR向上

・サステナビリティ経営の実装。ISSB準拠の開示設計、原材料トレーサビリティ、循環型パッケージのPoC

・サプライチェーン高度化。需要センシングとS&OPの再設計、クラウド上のデータレイクで多拠点データ統合

・ヘルスケア×消費財の協業。生活者インサイト強化(データプロバイダ/代理店連携)、SolDev(例:Wellness Barometer)による新価値創出

コンサルティング経験者

・ 戦略策定、業務プロセス再構築、マーケティング、システム導入に関する幅広い知識/経験をお持ちの方

・ 流通・消費財クライアントへのアカウントマネジメントの経験、もしくはこの業界でアカウントマネジメントへの意欲をお持ちの方

事業会社経験者

・ 自社内で経営企画、新規ビジネス開発、新システム導入などPJ型の業務経験をお持ちの方

グローバルビジネス経験者

・ 日系消費財向けのフロント領域のグローバルプロジェクト経験をお持ちの方。一定の海外駐在経験があれば厚遇いたします。
