【HRコンサルタント(時短勤務可)】

テクノロジー領域に特化した採用支援・評価制度設計コンサルティングを展開するHRベンチャー、株式会社uloqoで、採用における目標計画立案や各種進行管理を担うプロジェクトマネージャーを募集します。主に一部上場企業やメガベンチャー、スタートアップ企業を対象に、上流戦略設計から一気通貫型のコンサルティング・代行サービスを提供。3期連続200%成長という急成長環境で、豊富な案件に携わりながら、HRコンサルタントとしてのキャリアを確立できます。

【具体的な業務内容】

・採用における目標計画立案、各種進行管理(PM業務)

・求人票等のコンテンツ作成、媒体・エージェント選定、スカウト配信ディレクション、採用フロー最適化

・最短1か月でPMポジションに昇格可能

・将来的には社長と共に人事戦略・評価制度設計、組織開発・事業開発にも関与

・自社組織拡大に伴う社内の組織/人材開発
