ナンバーズ株式会社は、国内エンタープライズ企業を中心にRPO事業(採用業務全般のアウトソーシング・コンサルティング)を展開し、創業以来7年連続黒字成長を続けています。昨年度は国内トップ10%の成長率で「成長企業セレクション2025」にも選出。今後もRPO市場の拡大が見込まれる中、顧客からのご相談・ご依頼が増加し、既存メンバーだけでは対応しきれない状況となっています。そこで、若手メンバーの増加や能力開発・キャリア支援にも注力しながら、採用事務スタッフを増員募集します。

【仕事内容】

大手企業を中心としたクライアントに対し、RPOサービス(採用代行・採用コンサルティング)を提供。あなたにはプロジェクトチームの一員として、採用データ管理・スカウト配信・応募者対応などのオペレーション業務をお任せします。配属先は適性やチーム状況により決定します。

■データ管理業務

・応募者データのエクセル・スプレッドシートでの整理/分析

・採用進捗データのチーム共有

■スカウト業務

・スカウト対象者のピックアップ

・スカウト文面の送付(文面作成・修正もあり)

・候補者との日程調整

・RPAシステムの操作・確認

■その他

・顧客への進捗報告(定例MTG)

・他社の採用データ調査

・レポーティング資料の作成

【入社後の流れ】

入社後2週間~1ヶ月はOJT研修で業務を習得。研修担当や先輩社員が丁寧にサポートします。ひとり立ち後も外部研修や社内勉強会でスキルアップ可能。月1回の面談もあり、不安や課題も相談しやすい環境です。

・試用期間:6ヶ月(期間中月給261,660円~380,590円、みなし残業手当含む)
