24時間運営のコールセンターで

オペレーター育成・サポート管理などをお任せします

【 具体的には 】  

・人材管理(スタッフの育成・指導)

・勤怠管理(シフトの作成・調整)

・サービスレベル管理(数値・業務改善)

・コール管理(入電状況・入架電の調整)

【 入社後の流れ 】

▽(1)オペレーター研修

まずはコールセンターでのお仕事を体験していただきます

▽(2)リーダー昇格

データ集計や、シフト管理など

管理業務をお伝えしていきます◎

▽(3)SV(管理者)

他の管理者と協力してコールセンター全体の管理を行います

※オペレーター経験がある方は大歓迎

求める人材:

・PC操作あり(簡単なエクセル操作等有り)

勤務時間・曜日:

■ 21:00~9:00(実働8時間/シフト制)

<シフト例>

①21:00~6:00(休憩60分)

②24:00~9:00(休憩60分)

■ 休日:月内の土日祝日の回数が休日数となります。

年間休日125日

・シフト勤務制

・他の管理者とシフト調整しますので

休み希望も相談可能

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制 年間休日125日

・完全週休2日のシフト制 (月内の土日祝日回数が公休数)

・有給休暇 (※入社半年後に初年度10日付与)

・夏季休暇3日 冬季休暇3日

・慶弔休暇・産休育休(取得実績あり) ・看護休暇・介護休暇

大阪府大阪市東淀川区東中島1-6-14新大阪第2日大ビル6階

・JR京都線「新大阪駅」より徒歩9分

・阪急京都線「南方駅」より徒歩8分 ・阪急京都線「崇禅寺駅」より徒歩8分

給与:

基本給(24万)+深夜手当(4万)28万~29万円以上

※22時~5時までが深夜手当となります。

・給与には残業代は含まれておりません。

・能力、経験、年齢を考慮し決定します。

交通費:全額支給

【賞与】有り(業績により)

【試用期間】試用期間あり
