【主な業務内容】
クラブインターコンチネンタルにおける朝食オペレーションの管理・運営
メニュー開発および品質管理
食材の発注業務・在庫管理
一人で責任を持ってオペレーションを遂行
クオリティ維持のための衛生・調理基準の徹底
スタッフへの指導・育成などのマネジメント業務(必要に応じて)
【勤務時間】
5:30〜14:30(休憩含む) ※早朝勤務が必須
【求める人材】
ホテル、レストランでの調理経験をお持ちの方
朝食オペレーション経験があれば尚可
自律的に業務を遂行できる方
高いクオリティ基準を維持できる方
日本語ネイティブレベル必須 / 英語スキルがあれば尚可
Club InterContinental is seeking a Chef who can take full responsibility for our breakfast operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage breakfast operations in Club InterContinental
Develop menus and maintain consistent food quality
Handle ordering, inventory control, and cost management
Independently manage the full breakfast operation
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
Support and guide team members when necessary
Working Hours:
5:30–14:30 (including break)
Early-morning availability is required.
Requirements:
Professional culinary experience in hotels or restaurants
Breakfast operation experience is an advantage
Strong sense of responsibility and independence in daily operations
Commitment to maintaining high culinary standards
Native-level Japanese required; English proficiency preferred
