わたしたち第一綜合グループは、外国人のビザ申請や帰化申請で業界トップクラスの実績を誇る行政書士法人を中心に,社労士法人,コンサルティング会社にて構成される士業グループです。今、日本で暮らす外国人が増え続ける中、私たちの役割は社会インフラといっても過言ではありません。

しかし、現場にはまだ「属人的な営業」や「アナログな管理」が残っています。 今回募集するのは、代表直下でそのすべてを**「仕組み化」し、組織の成長スピードを2倍、3倍へと加速させるポジション**です。

▼お仕事内容

業界最大級の規模を誇る第一綜合グループにて、組織の成長を加速させる企画・仕組み作りをお任せします。 単なる事務作業ではなく、代表のパートナーとして「現場がより良く回るための仕掛け」を考え、形にするポジションです。

【具体的な業務】

■ 営業推進・販促サポート

  • 営業用提案資料・スライドの構成・デザイン作成
  • 自社サイトのコンテンツ企画・外部制作会社へのディレクション
  • 集客のためのSEOコラム執筆

■ 業務改善(BPR)

  • kintone(キントーン)を活用した売上データの集計・分析
  • 現状の業務フローの見直し・新フローの構築(関係部署との調整含む)
  • 社内向けマニュアル・手順書の作成

■ 新規施策の導入

  • 現場からの「こんなことがしたい」という要望をヒアリングし、実現に向けた企画・調整・導入

固定残業代あり:年俸¥4,000,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥70,760(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

  • 年俸に含んで支給
