【仕事内容】

マーケティング・コンサルティング事業の「1人目セールス」兼責任者候補として、戦略立案から実行、組織づくりまでを一気通貫でリードします。

【具体的には】

・リード獲得戦略の立案(ウェビナー企画/イベント設計等)

・ナーチャリング施策の実行

・新規商談/課題解決提案/クロージング

・営業基盤の構築(ナレッジ蓄積/スクリプト作成) 経営直下で「売れる仕組み」をゼロから構築する1→10フェーズです。

【求める人材】

・ B2B領域での法人営業経験(目安2年以上)

・ 顧客課題をヒアリングし、提案まで完結させた経験

【歓迎】

・ マーケティング(ウェビナー/広告など)に関わる業務経験

・ インサイドセールス/フィールドセールスの両方の経験

・ スタートアップや少数組織での業務推進経験

【給与】

年収700~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
