・プルデンシャル・グループを中心とした保険会社直請け案件80%/日本アイ・ビー・エム等との協働案件20%
・設計以上から手掛ける案件100%(要件定義から手掛ける案件も多数)
・自社内開発多数
・数年がかりの超巨大直請けプロジェクトに要件定義から入るチャンスもあり
・Java、C#などによるWebアプリ開発の仕事がメインですが、AWSやDWH関連の案件も急増中(これから挑戦したい方も歓迎)
・チーム配属100%(10~20名程度のチーム体制がメイン)
【具体的に】
生保・損保向けシステム開発プロジェクト(顧客管理システム・営業支援システム・契約管理システム)において案件リーダーとしての役割をお任せします。クライアントと直接折衝が発生する上流工程(要件定義)もご担当いただくことが可能です。
経験豊富なリーダーのサポートを行う事で、マネジメント能力の向上が図れます。
・生損保社員との距離が近く、課題・問題を直接ヒアリングした上で、ソリューションを提案します。
・生損保社員の視点に立ったシステム開発を行います。
・チームワークを重視した組織運営でチームをリードします。
【求める人材】
・オープン系システム開発経験4年以上
・リーダー・サブリーダー経験
・Java、C++、C#、Python、PHP、Ruby、JavaScript
(Django、Laravel、React、Angular、、、Ruby on Rails)

【給与】
年収620~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
