主に以下の社内コミュニケーション業務を担当マネージャーとともに遂行

  • 社内コミュニケーション年間プランの策定及び実行
  • マネージメントと職員のコミュニケーション、部門間コミュニケーションの促進を目指した社内コミュニケーションの作成・発信
  • 社内イベント及びミーティング(全社員対象のタウンホール含む)の企画立案・実行
  • 社内ステークホルダー向け、ならびに全社ミーティング等のプレゼンテーション資料作成
  • 社内情報発信の企画立案、実行(※現在紙媒体の社内報はありません)
  • イントラネット等の運営とコンテンツ作成
  • 社内のイニシアチブにおける他部門のサポート
  • グローバルおよびリージョンとのコミュニケーションとレポーティング

以下、社外コミュニケーションのサポート

  • メディアモニタリング、クリッピング配信
  • 四半期ごとの財務開示、アニュアル・ディスクロージャー誌・会社案内作成のサポート
  • 企業ブランド向上を主目的としたSNS活用のサポート

Experiences /経験:

  • 社会人経験3年以上
  • クライシス・コミュニケーションを含む、コーポレート・コミュニケーションの経験
  • 社内イベント及び社内ミーティングの企画及び実行の経験
  • マルチメディアを活用したコミュニケーション施策の経験(あれば尚可)
  • 金融業界、あるいは外資系企業での経験(あれば尚可)

Language skills / 語学力:

日本語(母国語)、メールや資料作成に支障のない程度の英語力

Other Qualifications (public certifications, etc.) / その他資格 (公的資格, 等):

4年制大学卒業

社外勤務についての部内ガイドライン:

週三日は出勤。その他は業務に支障のない範囲で社外(自宅)勤務をして頂くことは可能。

残業について:

繁忙期かどうかで異なりますが、残業は月20-40時間程度を想定。

給与:

経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇。

通勤交通費支給(当社規定による)

変動賞与年1回(個人、会社業績に応じて支給)。
