The Role
We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support strategic decision-making through accurate financial planning, reporting, and analysis. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your Skills
Industry Experience: Background in retail or luxury goods preferred.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Adaptability: Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Languages: Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
Qualifications: Degree in finance, accounting, or economics; advanced Excel skills required.
Key Highlights of the Role
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes for the Japan market.
Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Contribute to strategic projects and performance improvement initiatives.
