配属部門(Automation Apps)について
AIを活用した業務効率化・生産性向上、ノーコード/ローコード開発やRPA(Robotic Process Automation)導入を支援する専門チームです。近年はGenAIやAgenticAIの活用も視野に入れた高度な業務自動化ニーズが高まっており、最前線で提案・導入支援を行っています。 豊富なSI経験とコンサルティング力を融合し、業務自動化ソリューションの導入コンサルティング、技術検証~設計・開発~運用保守までワンストップで支援します。
当部門はキャップジェミニの日本市場における、成長戦略の中核を担う重要部門です。官公庁を含む公共領域でのDXニーズにも対応し、マルチベンダー対応力を活かして業務プロセス全体を見据えた提案・技術支援を行っています。
仕事内容
◆お任せしたい業務
ノーコード/ローコード、GenAIやRPAなど、現場のDX推進を支援する業務効率化ソリューションの顧客提案、導入支援、設計・開発などに携わるポジションです。顧客の業務効率化プロジェクトやデジタルトランスフォーメーションに向けたビジネス提案・導入支援のコンサルティングとエンジニアリングの両面をご担当いただきます。
また、主にMicrosoft AzureやAmazon AWSなどのクラウド環境、AIやRPAなど各種ITソリューションやサービスの顧客ニーズの発掘と新規・追加導入を提案いただきます。特に、将来広く利用されるであろうAI(GenAIやAgenticAI)等の、最新技術を如何に業務自動化・効率化に活用するか?をクライアントと併走し、検討・提案を行う役割も担うことを想定しております。
・業務ヒアリング(As-IS、To-BE業務フロー)、要件定義、設計、開発
・顧客対応、ミーティング資料作成・ファシリテーション
・ノーコード/ローコード、RPA・AI・OCRツールなどの技術習得・資格取得
・業務自動化・効率化のクライアント事例のアセット化、チームメンバーへの情報共有
マネージャとしてご入社いただく場合は、以下の業務にも携わっていただきます。

応募資格
◆必須要件(MUST)
・コンサルティング会社またはSIerでの、業務システム開発におけるプロジェクトアサイン経験(2年以上)
例)業務システム・バックオフィス系システム(販売管理、在庫管理、財務会計、人事管理、勤怠管理)など
・設計・開発・テストなどITシステム、ソリューション導入における各工程に従事した経験(一般的なプログラミング言語による開発経験があると尚可)
・クライアントやプロジェクトメンバーなど、ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションやパワーポイント等による資料の作成経験
・ネイティブレベルの日本語能力(日本語能力検定1級以上)
◆歓迎要件(WANT)
・RPA、AIプロジェクトでの実装経験(AIは、Chat GPTやMicrosoft Copilot等、OpenAIの技術がベースになったものであれば尚可)
・C#、VB.NETなど、Microsoft系の開発言語実務経験
・Python、TensorFlow、GCPなどを用いた開発実務経験・大学レベルの統計学、数学の知識
・コンペ方式の提案における提案書作成経験
