仕事内容:

  • POSレジ設定・運用管理

新商品発売時の

・価格設定

・商品/レシピ登録

・KDS(キッチンディスプレイシステム)設定

店舗ごとのPOS設定調整・反映管理

  • POSベンダー・外部業者対応

・POSレジ業者との保守・メンテナンス連絡

・システム改修・アップデート時の調整

・不具合発生時の一次対応・エスカレーション

  • POSトラブル・不具合対応

・店舗からの問い合わせ対応

・売上・オーダー・KDS表示等の不具合調査

・緊急時の暫定対応・再発防止策の整理

  • 販促・キャンペーン設定

・POS上での販促キー追加・修正

・期間限定キャンペーンや割引施策の設定

・マーケティング/販促部との連携

  • 会員アプリ運用・設定

・会員アプリのコンテンツ更新

・クーポン・ポイント設定

・POSとアプリの連携確認・調整

  • デリバリー(Uber Eats等)設定管理

・Uber Eatsの商品登録・価格調整

・メニュー内容・画像・説明文の更新

・店舗ごとの販売可否・時間帯調整

求める人材:

■ 必要スキル

  • POSレジ、または店舗システムの運用経験

(どの業態でもPOSレジの調整経験あれば歓迎)

  • 基本的なPCスキル(Excel、管理画面操作)
  • 店舗スタッフと取引関係者との調整業務に抵抗がない方
  • トラブル時に冷静に対応できる方

※当ポジションは、即戦力人材の採用を目的としており、

実務経験のない方は今回の選考対象外となります。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間は固定時間制で、<月曜日~金曜日>の<10:00~19:00>までとなります。

昼休憩は<13:00>から<14:00>までの<1>時間です。残業が発生する場合もありますが、事前に通知いたします。

休暇・休日:

  • 完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)
  • 特別休暇制度あり(慶弔休暇、産前産後休暇など)

勤務地:

原則屋内禁煙、(喫煙室なし)

アクセス:

最寄の<外苑前>駅から徒歩約<5>分の距離に位置しています。また、通勤に便利な立地ですので、快適に通勤していただけます。

給与:

  • 昇給・賞与あり(前年度実績に基づく)昇給年<1>回、賞与年<1~2>回(7月、12月)

また、以下の手当も支給されます。
