サプライチェーン部門の管理責任者として働きませんか

KOI JAPANの全国店舗および海外拠点と連携し、

物流・調達・在庫戦略を統括するサプライチェーン部門の管理責任者です。

サプライチェーン全体の最適化と、海外取引の安定運営を担う重要なポジションとなります。

お仕事内容


業務内容

【部署の責任者としての役職になります】

  • 国内外仕入先との交渉・契約管理(茶葉・タピオカ・シロップ・小豆などの原料調達)
  • 原料仕入れにおける価格交渉(ネゴシエーション)およびコスト最適化提案
  • 海外輸出業務全般(例:海外向け小豆の仕向け、輸出書類の作成・通関対応)
  • 輸出入(FOB・CIF・EXW)に関するスケジュール調整、CIPL・CO・HSコード確認・船積み管理
  • 倉庫・物流業者の選定および品質・納期管理
  • 物流コスト、リードタイム、在庫回転率の最適化
  • 生産・在庫・販売データを基にした需給計画とKPI分析
  • 海外本部(KOI HQ)との調整、報告書作成・提出
  • チームマネジメント(調達・在庫・担当者の統括)

給与


月給 31万 4400 円 以上

  • 昇給あり

月給:314,400円(インセンティブ込み)

賞与:年1~2回(業績により変動/在籍1年以上/8月・12月)

年収予想:403万~

昇級:年1回

  • 支払い方法: 月1回

月末締め・翌20日支払い

  • 交通費: 一部支給

最寄り駅:外苑前駅(徒歩5分)

通勤交通費:

自宅から会社までの交通費を、月額上限20,000円まで実費支給いたします。

出張について:

出張先:沖縄・広島・大阪・京都(全国)

出張にかかる交通費・宿泊費は、会社規定に基づき全額支給いたします。

出張手当:出張日×1500円支給

試用期間詳細


入社後6か月間の試用期間を設けております。

給料に対して変更はありません。

※試用期間の給与、シフトは通常期間と同条件となります。

応募資格


【応募資格】

  • 5年以上の業務経験を有する方
  • サプライチェーン領域における役職経験者

【必須スキル・経験】

  • 2年以上のサプライチェーン/ロジスティクス領域での実務経験
  • 海外輸出入実務の知識・経験(B/L・インボイス・パッキングリスト・C/O作成など)
  • 原料調達および価格交渉の実務経験
  • 在庫・発注・納期管理の経験
  • Excel、ERP、または在庫管理システムの使用経験
  • 日本語ビジネスレベル、英語日常会話レベル(読み書き含む)

【歓迎スキル】

  • 食品業界、飲料・カフェブランドでの調達・物流経験
  • シンガポール・タイ・ベトナム・台湾などへの輸出実務経験
  • ISO、HACCP、HALAL認証・食品衛生関連法規の理解
  • 経営数値(原価率、在庫回転率、輸送コストなど)に基づく改善提案力
  • 中国語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方(必須ではありません/できれば尚可)
