We are looking for a creative-minded, proactive In-Store Communication Specialist to join our Team
Area Of Responsibility
Support execution of ISC (trade marketing) activities for the brand independently
In-store permanent visibility enhancement
(Installation of customized branding, fixtures, display tools, etc.)
In-store seasonal visibility enhancement (Windows, VP spaces, outposts, etc.)
Forecast, order, installation and inventory control of POSM
Sales events and exhibitions (installations & dismantle of booth, operations, etc.)
Support analysis and reporting of ISC Actions
Analysis and reporting of activities' results VS KPI,
Analysis of activities ROI
Administration-related tasks of ISC for all brands
Operate in-house systems (TradeUp, VM Community, Content Labo, etc.)
Budget monitor and control on SAP system (POR/ PO)
File articles of agreement and related documents
Inventory management
Technical Skills
Strategic thinker & creative solution:
both in planning and activations
Interpersonal skills:
Communications with BM, sales, trade customers and Corporate
Fast-paced & flexible: ability to work in fast-paced environment and flexibility to accommodate demanding projects
English:
ability to communicate though mail and join meetings

Candidate Profile:
3 years experiences related to Sales Promotion
PC skills (Powerpoint, Excel. Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus)
Data analysis skills
English (Open to using English) and Japanese (Native / Business level)
