店舗運営を裏側から支える、POS・店舗システム管理部門です。

売上管理、商品設定、価格変更、トラブル対応など、

日々の店舗運営が止まることなく進むよう、

現場と本部をつなぐ重要な役割を担っています。

お仕事内容


勤務地:外苑前駅、徒歩5分【南青山】

業務内容

1. POSレジ設定・運用管理

新商品発売時の

・価格設定

・商品/レシピ登録

・KDS(キッチンディスプレイシステム)設定

店舗ごとのPOS設定調整・反映管理

  1. POSベンダー・外部業者対応

    ・POSレジ業者との保守・メンテナンス連絡

    ・システム改修・アップデート時の調整

    ・不具合発生時の一次対応・エスカレーション

  2. POSトラブル・不具合対応

    ・店舗からの問い合わせ対応

    ・売上・オーダー・KDS表示等の不具合調査

    ・緊急時の暫定対応・再発防止策の整理

  3. 販促・キャンペーン設定

    ・POS上での販促キー追加・修正

    ・期間限定キャンペーンや割引施策の設定

    ・マーケティング/販促部との連携

  4. 会員アプリ運用・設定

    ・会員アプリのコンテンツ更新

    ・クーポン・ポイント設定

    ・POSとアプリの連携確認・調整

  5. デリバリー(Uber Eats等)設定管理

    ・Uber Eatsの商品登録・価格調整

    ・メニュー内容・画像・説明文の更新

    ・店舗ごとの販売可否・時間帯調整

給与


月給 27万 3400 円 以上

  • 昇給あり

月給:273,400円(インセンティブ込み)

賞与:年1~2回(業績により変動/在籍1年以上)

年収予想:350万~

昇級:年1回

  • 支払い方法: 月1回

月末締め・翌20日支払い

  • 交通費: 一部支給

自宅から会社までの通勤交通費を、月額上限20,000円まで実費支給いたします。

試用期間詳細


入社後3か月間の試用期間(契約期間)を設けております。

給料に対して変更はありません。

【必須要件】

POSレジ、または店舗システムの運用経験

(どの業態でもレジシステム経験あれば歓迎)

基本的なPCスキル(Excel、管理画面操作)

複数店舗・関係者との調整業務に抵抗がない方

トラブル時に冷静に対応できる方
