(雇入れ直後)AI×データサイエンティスト:詳細は以下の通り
(変の範囲)会社の定める業務
グループ全体のAIを活用したDX推進のため、技術面からの仕組みづくりや開発指揮、管理、課題解決など幅広くご活躍頂きます。
・生成AIの利活用に向けたデータ分析処理、データ構造化、データ加工などのデータエンジニアリング
・モデル開発用データの特定、DB設計
・LLMの選定やLLMOpsの実施
・プライベートLLMの分析および技術評価
など
■ 応募資格
・Webアプリ開発経験(Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS等)
・AI・機械学習技術を活用したデータ分析またはモデル開発経験
・ML、データマイニング、情報検索、統計などに関する業務経験または同等の知識
■ アピールポイント
・大手金融グループ全体という大規模なフィールドを横断し、AIを活用したDX推進に携わって頂ける裁量の大きなポジション
・要件定義から技術選定、開発まで一気通貫で経験することができる
・業務部門と一体となったスクラム・内製開発で、迅速な試行錯誤が可能な環境
・他部門との業務内容の重複もあるため、希望や適性に応じて複数の業務を兼務することも可能なため、幅広い経験を積むことができる
