業務概要 当社独自ソリューションビジネス拡大に向けて、新規開拓営業を担当いただきます。 キャリアチェンジ歓迎 ・法人営業経験者 業務内容 当社独自ソリューション案件のリード獲得活動(計画立案~活動・フォロー)、新規受注獲得活動(ニーズ把握・引合い獲得・提案・クロージング)をご担当いただきます。

また、受注後のプロジェクト推進フォロー、当該顧客へのアップセル、クロスセルに向けた活動にも注力いただきます。

※職務内容の変更の範囲:会社の定める業務 案件事例 ①プロセス製造業向け基幹システム導入(GRANDIT):会計、販売、購買、生産、資産、人事・給与を3年間で導入。総額7億円。

②物流業向けWMS帳票基盤構築(Paples):物流業の基幹システムとなるWMSと帳票基盤の連携。1年間かけて導入。総額6千万円。 キャリアパス システム/サービス提案時に必要となる、業務知識及びシステム知識を身につけることができます。

また、顧客の本質的な課題を把握し、社内外含めたメンバーと協力して解決に向けた提案をリードするソリューション営業力を磨くことができます。

実績を残せば、営業部門管理職・役員へのキャリアパスはあります。 本ポジションの魅力 直接顧客とコミュニケーションを取り、生の声を聴くことで、顕在化している課題から潜在的なニーズを発掘し、解決に向けた提案を進められます。

リード獲得から受注後のプロジェクト推進フォローまで、長期にわたる顧客との付き合いを通して信頼を得ることで、良きビジネスパートナーとしての関係を築くことができます。 必須スキル・経験 以下のいずれかの要件を満たす方

・法人営業経験 2年以上

・IT業界経験 2年以上 歓迎スキル・経験 ・法人営業業務(引合い、提案、見積、契約、受注/発注、売上/仕入、入金/送金等)の経験。

・企業の基幹業務に関する知識(会計・販売・生産等)を有する方。

・システム開発の流れ(要件定義、基本設計、詳細設計、製造、テスト)を理解されている方。

・システムエンジニアとしての経験を有する方。 学歴 不問 想定年収 ・一般層:500万円~

・チーフ層:600万円~

・シニアマネジャー層:700万円~
