【職務内容】

美容サロン向けの法人営業部門責任者候補として、LINE完結型の人材紹介サービス「WORKCANVAS」と

美容師スキマバイトサービス「WORKSPOT」の売上拡大を担当していただきます。

事業戦略に基づいた部門戦略の立案・実行、法人営業、新規顧客開拓、既存顧客への採用コンサルティングなど、企業様と向き合い事業の売上拡大に必要な業務を行います。

【具体的には】

・ 事業戦略を踏まえた部門戦略の立案・実行

・ 法人営業・新規顧客開拓、サービス導入提案

・ 既存顧客への採用コンサルティング

・ KPI進捗管理

・ 新規サービスの立ち上げ営業企画

・ オペレーション構築・改善、施策提案・実行

・ データ収集及び分析業務

・ 事業の売上拡大をミッションとし、企業様向き合いのあらゆるパートを担当

【求める人材】

・ 無形商材の営業経験2年以上・継続的な目標達成の実績

【歓迎】

・ マネジメント経験

・ ITもしくは人材業界での営業経験

・ 事業企画・事業戦略立案の経験

【給与】

年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
