【報酬実績(リアルデータ)】

「案件数を増やすほどに収入UPが可能」な設計で、以下のような実績があります:

・月収200万円以上:2名

・月収150万円以上:1名

・月収100万円以上:複数名

報酬モデルは1案件あたり5万円~100万円。複数案件を並行して持つことで、月100万超えも現実的です。

・クライアントとのチャット対応(Slack/Chatwork)

・ウェルミージョブ(介護ジョブ)採用アカウントの運用設計

(職種設計/募集条件整理/ターゲット設定など)

・募集原稿、掲載内容のディレクション

・数値チェック、分析

(応募数/充足率/反応状況など)

・改善アイデアの提案、実行

・月1回のオンライン定例ミーティング
