【報酬実績(リアルデータ)】

「案件数を増やすほどに収入UPが可能」な設計で、以下のような実績があります:

・月収200万円以上:2名

・月収150万円以上:1名

・月収100万円以上:複数名

報酬モデルは1案件あたり5万円~100万円。複数案件を並行して持つことで、月100万超えも現実的です。

【具体的な業務】

・クライアントとのチャット対応(Slack/Chatwork)

・ヤギオファー採用アカウントの運用設計

(ターゲット設定・オファー方針・文面設計など)

・スカウト文面や採用コンテンツのディレクション

・数値の確認、分析(開封率・返信率・応募数など)

・改善アイデアの提案~実行

・月1回のオンライン定例ミーティング
