[Nature of Job] NW engineer for a SCM project
[Company Size] Large size (~4000 employees), more than 10 years in business in Japan
[Employent Type] Permanent/ Full Time
[Salary Range] Roughly mil JPY per annum, depending on experience and skills. To be decided based on experience upon selection
[Work Location] Hybrid/ remote work in Tokyo (Kamiyacho HQ and/ or Mitaka DC on business trips, about twice a week. The situation may change in the future. Walk-in distance from the nearest station.
[Work Hours] 8 hours per day (9AM - 6PM with a break, super flex)
[Team Structure] Local /international client and business team
[Eligibility] Relevant work experience, bilingual (high business level of Japanese, native or N1/N2 level. Business level English). Applicants need to be able to work full time as an engineer in Japan at the time of application

金融、証券、流通、消費材等の顧客向けのインフラ構築、運用保守を中心に、DX支援等を行っています。

複数ベンダーで運用されていたインフラ領域を統合するプロジェクト以降、インフラ運用サービスを提供しています。その後、お客様の基盤系部門の支援業務、クラウドチームの支援業務、アプリケーション運用の領域に拡大し、現在は幅広くお客様のビジネスをサポートしているプロジェクトです。

【仕事内容]
NW機器の設計・構築および維持管理
設計・構築:新規通信要件に応じたネットワーク機器の構築依頼があるため、要件を確認して設計・構築を行います。
維持管理:お客様要件による事前調査および設定変更・障害対応・原因調査・パフォーマンス分析などネットワーク運用に関わる業務を行います。
使用する主な機器は以下の通りです。
ルータ・スイッチ Cisco IOS
ファイアウォール Cisco ASA、Juniper SRX
ロードバランサ F5 BIG-IP、Citrix ADC
その他 WAF、DNSサーバ、SMTPサーバ など
