主な職務/ Job Responsibility


サービス契約(メンテナンス契約等)のポートフォリオを管理し、社内外関係者と連携しながら、契約運用の質と顧客価値の最大化を支援します。

Manage a portfolio of service contracts and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth contract operations and customer value.

主な業務 / Key Responsibilities

  • 契約ポートフォリオの管理(収益・コスト・予測のモニタリング、レポーティング)
  • 契約の推進支援(オペレーション、各種資料/ツール整備、関係者連携)
  • 契約運用の標準化・改善活動(4P改善)
  • Manage contract portfolio: monitor revenue, costs and outlook; support reporting.
  • Support promotion of contracted services through sales tools/materials and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement (process improvements and best practices).

• 勤務制度/ Working System - フレックスタイム制; オフィス勤務; 在宅週二日程度(試用期間中は不可)/ Flextime system; office work; about two days a week working from home (not allowed during the probation period)
