【業務内容】

SES事業における営業業務全般をお任せします。

クライアントへの案件提案・要件ヒアリング

エンジニアのスキル・志向を踏まえた案件マッチング

新規/既存顧客との関係構築

協力会社との連携・要員調整

稼働状況・単価・工数の管理

事業部長と連携した売上・工数計画の実行

エンジニアの採用面接対応

単なる人出し営業ではなく、

「どうすれば工数・売上を伸ばせるか」を一緒に考える営業ポジションです。
