【仕事内容】
【お客様の「困った」を安心に変える、事故受付・相談の受信業務】
自動車保険に加入されているお客様からの、事故やトラブルに関する電話受付をお願いします「事故を起こしてしまった」「車をぶつけられた」といった、予期せぬ出来事に動揺されているお客様に対し、まずは「お怪我はありませんか?」と優しく寄り添うことからスタート。状況を伺い、必要な情報を専用システムに入力していきます。 マニュアルや質問回答集が完備されており、専門知識は研修でイチから学べるため、未経験の方でも安心してスタートできます

*雨でスリップしてガードレールにぶつかった
*子供が高い場所から落ちて怪我をした。保険の対象になりますか?
などといったお問い合わせに対して、状況のヒアリングや保険適用の一般的な案内を行います。
【1ヶ月の丁寧な研修で、不安を自信に変える】
「保険のことなんて何も知らない…」という方もご安心を入社後約1ヶ月間は、座学とロールプレイングを中心とした研修期間です専門用語の基礎から、お客様への言葉遣いまで、一つひとつ丁寧にレクチャーします。いきなり電話に出ることはなし同期の仲間と一緒に学べるので、心強さも抜群です
【焦らず対応できる、手厚いフォロー体制】
通話内容はリーダーがリアルタイムで確認もし回答に困ったり、お客様の話が複雑になったりした場合は、すぐに「保留」にして大丈夫リーダーが駆けつけ、具体的な指示や、場合によっては対応を代わってサポートします。「一人じゃない」という安心感の中で、少しずつ成長していける環境ですよ
