アステラスの日本における本社業務を支え、人々の健康に貢献するためのシステムを、構築・運用・改善するために、共に働く仲間を募集します。

この役割では、日本におけるローカルシステムの担当者となり、システムの保守運用を担っていきます。同時にユーザーからの問い合わせに対して、システムオーナーと連携して対応します。

同時に担当システムと関連するグローバルシステムのオーナーと連携し、ローカルシステムからグローバルシステムへの置き換えなど、システムの全体最適化を促進していきます。

For the contribution of People's health, we are looking for a colleague to work with us to build, operate, and improve systems that support Astellas corporate operations in Japan.

In this role, you will oversee local systems in Japan and will be responsible for system maintenance / operation. At same time, you will work on the inquiries from users together with system owners.

At the same time, you will collaborate with global system owners relating to your responsible systems and promote overall system optimization, such as replacing local systems with global systems.

【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】

担当システムの安定稼働にかかわる監視や管理などの日常業務の実施

Daily system maintenance activities for the stable system operation such as monitoring and controlling

主要な業務ユーザーとの定期的なコミュニケーションと担当システムの改善活動の実施

Regularly communicate with key business users and implement improvements to the systems in charge.

担当システムの障害発生時には、迅速なリカバリ対応と関係各所とのコミュニケーションの実施

In the event of a system failure, respond quickly to recovery and communicate with all stakeholders involved

担当システムの変更管理と本番運用受け入れやマニュアルの作成

Change management for the system in charge, acceptance of production operations, and creation of manuals

ユーザーからの問い合わせや変更要望に対応するユーザーサポートの実施

Providing user support to respond to user inquiries and change requests

担当システムのバージョンアップや定期メンテナンスの実施

Perform regular maintenance on systems in charge such as version up, upgrade, patching, etc.

担当システムのセキュリティ対策やユーザー管理の実施

【応募要件 / Qualifications】
<必須 / Required>

・サーバー (Windows Server, Azure)、ネットワーク、データベース (MS SQL)などのシステム基盤に関する知識

Knowledge of system basics such as server (Windows Server, Azure), network, and database

・ 以下の技術に関わる開発経験 (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps).

Development experience (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps).

・ バッチ処理に関わるスクリプト言語の知識 (PowerShell, JavaScript code, DOS)

Knowledge of Batch processing (PowerShell, JavaScript code, DOS)

・ ITSMに関する知識(ITEL Foundation)

Knowledge of ITSM (ITEL Foundation)

・語学力(Japanese (Business) English (Business))

・ 業務アプリケーションの構築や運用にかかわった経験(3年以上)、もしくはITプロジェクト管理経験 (3年以上)

Experience in business application development and operation (3 years or more) or IT project management experience (3 years or more)

・ 業務ユーザーやグローバルシステムオーナーといった、他の関係者とのコミュニケーションを円滑に進める能力

Ability to communicate effectively with other stakeholders, such as business users and global system owners.

・ システム障害時に原因を特定し、解決策や対応案などを導き出すトラブルシューティング能力

Ability to troubleshoot and identify the cause of system failures and come up with solutions and work arounds

・ システムのセキュリティに関する知識と意識

Knowledge and awareness regarding system security

・ 変化の多い環境での技術や知識習得の意欲

A willingness to learn new skills and knowledge to adapt to the rapid changing environment

<歓迎 / Preferred>
・ 情報システム関連の大学を卒業

Graduated from a university related to information systems

・ 情報システム関連の資格を取得(基本情報技術者、応用情報技術者、ITIL関連資格、セキュリティ関連資格、MS関連資格)

Obtained information system related qualifications (Basic Information Technology Engineer, Applied Information Technology Engineer, ITIL related qualifications, security related qualifications, MS related qualifications, PMP)

・ 製薬業界における情報システム運用や構築に関わる経験 (GxP もしくは None GxP)

Experience in operating or building information systems in the Parma industry (GxP or None GxP)

・ 業務アプリケーションの構築や運用にかかわった経験(5年以上)、もしくはITプロジェクト管理経験 (5年以上)

Experience in business application development and operation (5 years or more) or IT project management experience (5 years or more)

・ アジャイルを用いたシステム導入や変更管理の経験

Agile experience with system implementation and change management

・ 会計や人事や調達など、基幹業務にかかわる知識

①基本給:当人の経歴・技術・技能等を考慮して決定

②裁量労働制の場合:裁量労働手当として職務グレードに応じて50,000~100,000円支給

③フレックスタイム制の場合:月間の所定労働時間を超えて勤務する時間に対して時間外勤務手当を支給

①Base salary: will be decided by the candidate's experience, skill and capability.

②When Discretionary Work System is applied: Discretionary work allowance will be paid.(50,000~100,000yen, based on the Grade)

③When Flextime System is applied: Overtime allowance will be paid for time worked in excess of prescribed working hours.
