【職務内容】

  • ITエンジニア人材提案やシステム開発案件を担当する営業活動
  • ビジネスパートナーとの緊密な折衝:新たなビジネスチャンスの開拓
  • 開発現場とITエンジニアのフォロー:プロジェクトのスムーズな進行をサポート
  • 新規得意先やビジネスパートナーの開拓:新たなビジネスチャンスを創出し、会社の成長に貢献。未経験者でも挑戦できる環境を提供します。

勤務時間・曜日:

09:30~18:30(休憩60分)

条件により、テレワーク併用可能

月平均残業時間:15~20時間程度。無駄な残業はせず、効率的に働く方針です。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥47,500〜¥76,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

インセンティブ制度あり:売上目標や利益目標の達成度合いを評価します。

待遇・福利厚生:

・昇給 年1回

・賞与 年1~2回(会社業績及び個人評価を踏まえ、支給の有無を決定)

・通勤手当(上限:3万円/月)
