We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Medical Writer to join our client in Japan. In this role, you will create high-quality scientific and regulatory documents that support drug development, clinical research, and medical communications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including clinical, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and review clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, protocols, manuscripts, and safety documents in both English and Japanese.
- Translate complex scientific data into clear, accurate, and culturally adapted content for healthcare professionals and regulatory authorities in Japan.
- Ensure documents meet PMDA and ICH guidelines as well as company quality standards.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to support timely submission and publication of documents.
- Stay updated on Japanese regulatory trends and industry best practices.
Ideal Candidate
Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field.
Experience in medical writing specifically in Promotional writing
Strong command of Japanese and English (written & verbal).
Knowledge of PMDA submission requirements preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Required a Japanese speaker with business-level English communication
