【先端技術を活用したFintechサービスの創出/プライム上場企業/年間休日120日/完全週休2日制】

※入社後は先端技術を活用したFintechサービスを創出するマネーフォワードエックス株式会社へ在籍出向していただきます。

マネーフォワードエックスでは個人ユーザーが利用する銀行アプリ『BANK APP』や、法人事業者が利用する銀行ポータルサービス『BANK Biz』を地域金融機関と連携し企画・開発しています。

■募集背景:

当社が開発している金融機関向けSaaS「BANK APP」は、金融機関が抱える「個人顧客との接点強化」という課題を解決するために開発された、スマートフォンアプリのプラットフォームです。

金融機関は「BANK APP」を導入することで、自社のブランドで高品質な公式アプリをスピーディーに開発・提供できます。アプリを通じて、残高照会や入出金明細の確認といった基本的な機能はもちろん、ユーザー一人ひとりの状況に合わせた情報提供やコミュニケーションが可能になります。

単なるアプリ開発に留まらず、金融機関とそのお客様との新しい関係性を築き、より良い金融体験を社会に届けることを目指す、成長性の高いプロダクトです。

■業務内容:

まずは金融機関とエンドユーザーに向けたサービス「BANK APP」、「BANK 顧客サポート」のPdMとして、カスタマーのペインや金融機関・事業会社の課題を明確にして、数年後にあるべき理想のカスタマー体験を描き、パートナー企業と共に新規サービスを創出していただきます。

入社3ヶ月後を目安に、 顧客のカウンターパートとして導入プロジェクトのPMをお任せします。裁量を持ってプロジェクトを推進し、顧客の成功に直接的に貢献していただくことを期待しています。

※多くても3ヶ月に1回程度、日帰りまたは数泊の出張が発生します。

■具体的な担当業務:

・プロダクトデリバリーの推進:

・金融機関への導入プロジェクトをPMとしてリード

・顧客との折衝、要件定義、仕様策定

・開発チームと連携し、プロジェクトの進捗/課題/品質管理

・プロダクトマネジメント業務:

・ユーザーリサーチ、フィードバック収集、分析

・プロダクトの改善や新機能の企画立案

・開発優先度の意思決定と、開発要件への落とし込み

・SIer、ITコンサルティングファームでのPM、SE、プリセールス等のご経験

・ウォーターフォールモデルでのシステム開発プロジェクトにおける一連のご経験(要件定義、設計、開発、テスト)

■歓迎条件:

・PdM経験、新規プロダクトの立ち上げ経験

・エンジニアでの開発経験(java、Ruby、Go)

・リーダー、マネジメント経験

・英語スキル

・情報処理技術者資格を保有している方(基本情報技術者・応用情報技術者以上)
