【業務内容】
■下記に関する営業を担当していただきます。
・ITサービス、システム導入や開発サービス
・運用保守サービス
・ITアウトソーシング、業務アウトソーシング(BPO)やコールセンターに関する営業
・運用保守サービス
■具体的には
・顧客ニーズをヒアリングし、社内 SE と協力してサービスを含む IT ソリューション(パッケージ、ハードウェア機器、ネットワーク、クラウド、運用保守等)のシステム提案を行っていただきます。

・国内の金融業、製造業、流通業、等々多岐にわたる大手企業がクライアントです。
・大手飲料メーカー、大手通信キャリア、大手自動車会社、大手電力会社、大手保険会社、大手信託銀行、大手航空会社、大手家電メーカー 等

【歓迎要件】
■担当顧客の業界知識、業務知識に精通している方。
■最新技術(AI、IoTやクラウド、マイクロサービスなど)への関心・知識・経験がある方。
■グローバル案件の担当経験、外国企業や外国人との実務経験がある方。
■オフショア開発に関連する経験がある方。
■高い英語力がある方。
【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■ITに関わる営業として新規顧客の開拓、最初の顧客折衝から要件引き出し・ヒアリング・提案・受注までの一通りの経験が10年以上ある方。
■日本企業の商習慣、意思決定のプロセスと意思決定のポイントと、それに向けた提案力、案件のクローシング力がある方。
■作業スキル、チームワーク、経験 ・優れたコミュニケーション力、交渉力、提案力がある方。
【給与】
年収 800 ~ 1500 万円
月給50万円~※経験・能力を考慮の上、決定する。
※マネージャクラス以上の場合:裁量労働制(役職手当 月24万~)を含む
※シニアコンサルタント以下の場合:職務手当(月40時間の固定残業手当(10万円~)を含む(超過分は別途支給))
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
