主な業務内容
解決すべき課題の定義(Problem Definition)
AIの出力結果の解釈・検証、それらを戦略に落とし込む
プロジェクト全体の設計およびデリバリープランの策定
クライアントの要件とソリューションの橋渡し
チームの調整・コーディネーション

応募資格
日本語能力試験N1以上またはネイティブレベル
コンサルティングプロジェクトマネージャー(PM)として5年以上の経験
論理的思考力
データ分析/AIツールを用いたデリバリー経験
ビジネス課題を技術要件に落とし込む能力
ステークホルダーマネジメントの経験

必須スキル
戦略コンサルティングの経験
AIプロジェクトにおけるPM経験
複数業界におけるプロジェクト経験

Annual Salary Range
8 ~ 21 M JPY

Role - AI Engagement Architect
A strategic, client-facing role that acts as the bridge between high-level business problems and technical AI solutions.

What you will do

  • Defining the problems to be solved (Problem Definition)
  • Interpreting and validating AI output results, and translating them into strategies
  • Designing the overall project and formulating the delivery plan
  • Bridging client requirements and solutions
  • Coordinating the team
Qualifications

  • Above N1 or Native
  • Over 5 years of experience as a consulting project manager (PM)
  • Logical thinking skills
  • Delivery experience using data analysis/AI tools
  • Ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements
  • Experience in stakeholder management
Required Skills

  • Experience in strategic consulting
  • PM experience in AI projects
  • Project experience across multiple industries
