【業務内容】
ベトナム最大手のIT企業、FPTジャパンホールディングス株式会社から新設した栃木営業所にて
トップセールスとして栃木エリアでの営業活動を担当していただきます。
〇下記に関する営業開拓・拡大を担当していただきます。
・ITサービス、システム導入や開発サービス
・運用保守サービス
・ITアウトソーシング、業務アウトソーシング(BPO)やコールセンターに関する営業
〇具体的には
・ トップセールスであり、営業チームを立てて栃木エリアを開拓していくキーパーソンの役割を担当していただきます。
・顧客ニーズをヒアリングし、社内ITコンサルタント、プリセールスの方々と協力してサービスを含むITソリューション(パッケージ、ネットワーク、クラウド、運用保守等)のシステム提案を行っていただきます。
【主なクライアント】
・国内の金融業、製造業、流通業等、多岐にわたる大手企業がクライアントになります。
・大手飲料メーカー、大手通信キャリア、大手自動車会社、大手電力会社、大手保険会社、大手信託銀行、大手航空会社、(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須スキル】
・ITに関わる営業として新規顧客の開拓、最初の顧客折衝から要件の引き出し、ヒアリング、提案、受注までの一通りの経験を10年以上お持ちの方
・日本企業の商習慣、意思決定のプロセス、意思決定のポイント、それに向けた提案力、案件のクロージング力のご経験をお持ちの方
・作業スキル、チームワーク、優れたコミュニケーション力、交渉力、提案力のご経験をお持ちの方
【歓迎経験・スキル】
・担当顧客の業界知識、業務知識に精通している方
・最新技術(AI、IoTやクラウド、マイクロサービスなど)への関心・知識・経験がある方
・グローバル案件の担当経験、外資系企業や外国人との実務経験がある方
・オフショア開発に関連する経験がある方
・英語でコミュニケーションが出来る方
