HubSpotの営業チームは、主に電話/Web会議を通じて、お客様に組織成長の為のソリューションの提案、HubSpotの価値を提供し販売する役割を担っています。対象となる企業は、Small Business (従業員数100名以下)/Mid Market 名)/Corporate(501名以上)の3セグメントに分かれている中で、今回はCorporate担当の募集を行なっています。

この役割では、以下のことが求められます。

常に月次の目標売上額(Monthly Recurring Revenue-MRR) 以上の達成

新規開拓:
新規商談の創出〜クロージングまで
インバウンドリードをフォローアップする
既存のお客様へのアップセル/クロスセル
HubSpotが提唱するインバウンドの世界観・ソリューションを広めるためのエキスパート・エバンジェリストになる
社内の関連部門(マーケティング部門やSE部門等)と協力し、拡販のための戦略策定
HubSpotのユニークな文化をベースに働きがいのある組織を推進するための思考、戦略、アイデアを提供する
求める人物像

営業チームにおいて、常に目標を上回る成果を上げた経験
7年以上のSaaSまたはウェブ/IT製品の営業経験
複数のステークホルダー(ビジネスオーナー、マーケティング担当者、その他のエグゼクティブ)を巻き込んだ複雑な商談(取引)経験
目標達成への意欲
優れたコミュニケーション能力
クロージングスキル・経験
日本語でのビジネス経験
