どんな仕事?

<本社人事(子会社立ち上げ・人材戦略)>

【業務内容】

経営直下の本社人事として、子会社の人事機能立ち上げに伴走しながら、幅広く裁量を持って業務を担当いただきます。ご経験や志向に応じて、下記の業務をお任せします。

・採用戦略立案・実行(媒体選定、エージェントマネジメント、母集団形成)

・面接・選考対応、候補者フォロー

・新卒・中途のオンボーディング支援

・階層別・部門別研修の企画・設計・運営

・子会社代表との連携による人材・組織戦略立案

・本社・子会社の制度設計や仕組みづくりの支援

※裁量を持って組織を形づくる経験が可能です。

【人事体制・働き方】

・本社人事:6名(マネージャー1名、リーダー3名、メンバー3名)

・子会社は人事不在のため、本社がグループ全体の人事機能を統括

・本社人事がハブとなり、各子会社と連携して組織課題に向き合う環境

【採用計画・募集背景】

・新卒採用:年間20名程度

・中途採用:年間80~90名程度(現時点で約7割進捗)

・採用だけでなく、育成・人事企画・子会社支援体制の強化が急務のため増員
