仕事内容:

◎ 契約書の発送・回収管理

ー 封入チェック、宛名作成、発送手配、台帳更新

◎ レンタルPCの発送・在庫/台帳管理

ー 初期化依頼・返却管理・破損時の一次取次

◎ 社内外チャットの一次対応

ー 定型問い合わせのハンドリング、必要に応じてエスカレーション

◎ 事業拡大に伴う各種事務作業

ー リスト整備、簡単なデータ入力、書類整備

勤務時間・曜日:

・シフト制(13:00~18:00)

・月〜金の1日3時間から勤務可能、週3日〜OK

休暇・休日:

土日休み(シフト制)
