仕事内容


大手通信キャリアにおけるデータ抽出業務ならびにその改善業務、

顧客データ(購買行動、属性情報、年齢など)を活用し、自社サービス価値向上やパートナー企業との新サービス開発を支援するデータ抽出業務ならびに既存プロセスの自動化・効率化を推進する役割を担っていただきます。

現在、サービス企画担当者からの依頼に基づき手動で行われているデータ抽出業務を、システムやツール導入を通じて自動化し、業務効率化を実現する人材を求めています。

<主な職務内容>

データ抽出業務の現状分析と最適化。現在のデータ抽出プロセスを分析し、業務フローのボトルネックを特定します。

手動作業の自動化に向けた改善提案を行い、業務効率化の計画の立案・実行をします。

既存ツールやスクリプト、RPA(ロボティック・プロセス・オートメーション)など、適切な自動化技術により改善を図ります。

サービス企画担当者や部門のニーズを正確に把握し、効率化案を提案します。

データ抽出業務の課題や要件をヒアリングするコミュニケーションが求められます。

業務プロセスのドキュメント化やマニュアル整備を行い、誰もが運用できるようにします。

PowerPoint、Excelなどを用いた分かりやすい資料作成も求められます。

<必須スキル・経験>

・データベースやデータ抽出の基礎知識:SQLやExcelなど、データ操作に関する実務経験。

・自動化・効率化への関心と実績:業務自動化やプロセス改善の経験、またはそれに類する経験。

・プログラミング・スクリプト言語の知識:Python、VBA、Bash等、いずれかの言語で簡単なスクリプトを書いた経験。

・ドキュメント作成スキル:PowerPoint、Excelを用いた資料作成経験

・コミュニケーション能力:要件ヒアリング、他部門との調整を適切に行える力

<歓迎スキル・経験>

・RPAツール(UiPath、Blue Prismなど)の導入・運用経験

・ETL(抽出・変換・ロード)ツールの利用経験

・データベース設計やERDの理解

・通信業界やデータ活用に関する知識

・Agile/スプリント型の改善活動の経験

・統計分析やBIツール(Tableau、Power BI等)に関する知識

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 27万2505円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万828円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

想定年収4,000,000円

月給333,333円

上記金額にみなし残業代60,828円(30時間分)を含みます。

みなし残業時間を超過した分は全額支給します。
