職務の概要
アシスタント ストアマネージャーには、ストアのリーダーシップチームの中でも非常に重要な役割があります。日々、チームメンバーやゲストエクスペリエンスに大きな影響を与えます。チームメンバーをリード、コーチングし、結果に対してチームとして説明責任を持ち、担当するストアで優れたゲストエクスペリエンスを徹底する責任があります。また、アシスタント ストアマネージャーは、フロア管理やスケジュール管理などの管理業務やオペレーションを中心とした業務の責任者でもあります。
主軸となる職責
リーダーシップと従業員管理
- チームメンバーとゲストがサポートや魅力的なエクスペリエンスを得られるように、それぞれの違いを喜んで受け入れ称えることで、互いを尊重し合えるインクルーシブな職場環境を作り促進する。
- ストア運営を向上させるため、さまざまな経歴、バックグラウンド、知識や技能を持つチームメンバーから成る、強力で多様性に富むチームを構築することに関し、ストアマネージャーをサポートする。
- 直接的なフィードバック、コーチング、メンタリング、キャリアパスガイダンスを提供したり、業務に関する懸念に対応することで、チームメンバー(エデュケーター、キーリーダーなど)の継続的な学習と成長を一貫性をもって公平にサポートする。
- ストアの従業員募集や採用プロセス、オンボーディングトレーニング、パフォーマンス管理活動全般をサポートする。
- キャリアに関する意見交換を率先して行い、lululemonで働くことが個人のキャリアや成長にどのように貢献するかについて、チームの理解をサポートし深める。
- チームメンバーに対し、業務評価、ギャップ評価、全般的なパフォーマンス報告記録を行い、キャリアと個人の成長をサポートし促進する。
- ストアマネージャーと協力し、チームメンバーのスケジュールを労働条件、勤務可能時間、予算に従い、計画、準備する。

- すべてのチームメンバーと互いに助け合える生産的な関係を築き、個人としても仕事面でも成長することを重視する。
- ゲストの時間を大切にするような最適なゲストエクスペリエンスを実現し、ストアの業務をサポートするために、チームメンバーと連携する。
ゲストエクスペリエンスとコミュニティ
- ゲストのニーズを把握、専門的なプロダクトエデュケーションの提供、ストアでの各種対応やオムニチャネルプログラムでのサポートなど、優れたゲストエクスペリエンスを実現するためにチームメンバーをサポートする(模範を示す、コーチングなど)。
- フロア上をよく見て回り、ビジネス、チーム、ゲストのニーズを把握し対応する。
- ゲストからのフィードバックに対応し、ゲストエスカレーションや急ぎの要求など緊急の問題に対処して、ゲストにとっての「解決策」を見つける。
- パートナーやコミュニティインフルエンサーとのインクルーシブな関係を育み、多様なコミュニティのリソースやプログラムとの関わりを追求することで、コミュニティにおけるブランド認知と知名度を向上させる。
- ゲストとチームの関係構築の機会を見出して選り抜き、関係性を育んで深めることにより、アンバサダー、SWEATリーダー、その他の外部パートナーとローカルな関係を構築し維持する。
