- 自動運転・AI関連技術を中心とした特許出願・権利化・維持管理業務
- 社内の開発部門と連携した方針の策定
- 知財ポートフォリオの戦略的構築とリスク分析
- 商標・著作権などの取得・管理・ライセンス対応
- 他社特許調査、侵害予防・係争対応
- 契約書レビュー(秘密保持契約、共同研究契約、ライセンス契約等)
- 知的財産に関する教育・啓発活動、社内相談対応

- 特許・商標・著作権などの取得および管理業務の経験
