会社・事業概要 Eco-Pork は「食はいのち。次世代に食肉文化をつなぐこと。」をビジョンに、データドリブンな循環型豚肉経済圏の共創を目指すアグリテック・スタートアップです。養豚経営支援システム Porker や AI 豚体重測定カメラ ABC など、ICT / IoT / AI を駆使したソリューションで国内生産豚の約 14 % を支援し、農林水産省・経産省の複数プロジェクトにも採択されています。 詳細については、インパクトレポートもぜひご覧ください。 募集背景 IPO 準備フェーズに入り研究開発が活発化する中、社外弁理士事務所・弁護士事務所とのパートナーシップを始め知財戦略を実行出来る体制構築を進めており、特許出願・知財マネジメントを戦略的にドライブできる方、研究開発成果の事業化を加速しつつ、競合優位性を強固にする IP ポートフォリオを構築頂ける方を求めています。 ポジションミッション ・技術ロードマップと連動した 知財ポートフォリオ戦略の立案・実行 ・Eng/Biz/Product 各チーム、アシスタントと連携し、発明の抽出から権利化までのプロセスを統括(実務は外部弁理士と協働するハイブリッド体制) ・国内外の出願・中間対応・係争対応を総合的にリード 主な業務内容 ・知財戦略立案、特許出願・中間対応・権利化のリード ・研究開発プロジェクト(補助金事業を含む)の PM と事業化支援 ・発明発掘〜特許/商標出願の推進、権利化後のメンテナンス ・FTO(Freedom‑to‑Operate)調査、競合特許分析、IP リスク評価 ・共同研究・ライセンス契約・M&A デューデリにおける知財面のリード ・社内 IP 教育・啓発活動の企画と実施 選考プロセス(目安 2〜3 週間) 1. 書類選考 2. 1 次面接(Eng責任者/上長) 3. 2 次面接(Biz/Prd 責任者) ※1・2 次を同日実施する場合あり 4. 最終面接(CEO) 5. オファー面談 キャリアパス 入社 2〜3 年後を目安に Head of IP/CIPO への昇格や、海外拠点での IP 戦略リードなど複数パスを用意。新規事業や経営視点で意思決定に参画できるチャンスがあります。 エントリー方法 履歴書・職務経歴書(形式自由)を添付の上、HERP採用ページよりご応募ください。知財の力で "本物のお肉" の未来を一緒に創りましょう
必須スキル
・特許・知財実務(出願戦略立案〜権利化)3 年以上 ・研究・開発プロジェクトマネジメント経験 3 年以上 ・ステークホルダーとの高いコミュニケーション能力/交渉力 ・自立して課題を発見し、解決に導ける推進力
歓迎スキル
・AI/IoT/アグリテック等の先端技術領域での IP 戦略経験 ・国際特許(PCT)出願、クロスライセンス交渉経験(ビジネスレベルの英語力歓迎) ・新規事業開発や DX プロジェクトのマネジメント経験
