【募集の背景】
市場環境の変化が激しい中で、スピーディーな価値提供を行うため、グローバルでニーズを確実に捉え、国内外を問わず協業や開発拠点の強化を行い、新技術の創出を進めています。この動きに合わせ、国内外での知的財産の権利化を強化し、グローバルでの活用・管理・統制を進めていく必要があります。今回は、海外を含めたグループ全体の知的財産の創造および活用を推進できる人材を募集します。
【業務内容】
スタンレーグループ全体の知的財産創造活動業務を担当いただきます。ご経験に応じてプロジェクトリーダーも担って頂きます。
具体的に:
・発明創造・発掘活動の推進、知的財産(特許・商標・意匠)の権利化
・先行文献調査・特許無効調査・特許分析
・ポートフォリオ構築と知財戦略策定への参画
・知的財産領域に関するマネジメント
※これまでのご経験を踏まえ、面談にて相談させていただきます。
【キャリアパス】
入社後数年間は、キャリアに応じた業務をご担当いただきます。
その後は適性に応じて、幅広く法務知財業務に携わっていただき、将来的に、法務の中核を担う人材として活躍して頂くことも視野に入れ、長期的な視点でキャリアステップを歩んで頂くことを想定しています。国内外に関わる業務で経験を積んでいただき、将来的に法務領域のリーダーとしてスタンレーグループを牽引できる人材を募集します。
【配属部署】
コーポレート本部 法務知的財産部 法務・IP管理課
※2023年度から、協業等における知的財産保護と有効活用を、契約に基づきより機動的・効果的に実行し、企業資産の価値向上を図ることを目的として、法務部と知財部が統合され、法務知的財産部となりました。その中で、主に知的財産の創造から権利化業務を担当するIP推進課での業務となります。
【働き方】
・フレックスタイム制:有
・在宅勤務:週1.2回程度
・外出・出張:月1.2回の外出、半年に1回ほどの出張の可能性がございます

英文契約の確認や海外関係会社のメールでのやり取りなど日常的に英語を使用します。

【給与】
年収 600 ~ 900 万円
■賞与:年2回(7月、12月)
