Location: Tokyo, Japan (Global Headquarters)
Salary: ~15M JPY, flexible based on experience
Report Line: Global FP&A Director (based overseas)
Work Style: Hybrid (50% office / 50% remote)

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic finance business partner to senior leadership across global functions.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles for global regions.
- Deliver insights through variance analysis, scenario modeling, and financial storytelling.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of FP&A experience in multinational settings.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
- Self-starter with a global mindset and strong project management skills.
