About the Company
A global leading cosmetics company with strong brands and market presence in Japan is hiring an FP&A Manager to support business growth through strong financial planning and business partnership.
What You Will Do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for the E-commerce division.
- Present financial insights and reports to the Executive Committee and management.
- Act as key business partner between brands, finance, and leadership teams.
- Manage variance analysis, investment performance, and capital expenditure tracking.
- Ensure compliance with Japan/US GAAP, statutory reporting, and SOX.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of finance experience, ideally in FP&A or business finance.
- Strong knowledge of Japan GAAP, US GAAP, and financial reporting.
- Business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to solve complex financial issues.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
