Key Responsibilities:

• • Deliver monthly financial reports for management decision-making
• • Collaborate on monthly financial forecasting and annual planning
• • Analyze financial performance and provide variance analysis
• • Manage and train team members in financial processes
• • Guide reporting hub in India for system integrity
• • Assist in Capex management and forecasting for business segments

Qualifications:

• • 5-7 years of experience in financial/business analysis
• • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese
• • Experience in retail industry is preferred but not mandatory
• • Basic accounting knowledge J-GAAP/US GAAP is preferred but not mandatory
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling
• • Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
• • Strong analytical skills for variance analysis
• • Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred but not mandatory
